Desain Rumah Susun Dengan Penerapan Struktur Tahan Gempa Studi Kasus : Rumah Susun Bantaran Sungai di Kota Palu
Abstract
Rumah susun tepian sungai di Kota Palu yang sudah ada tidak mempertimbangkan penerapan desain struktur tahan bencana hal ini harus cepat diatasi karena berpotensi besar tidak dapat melindungi bangunan tersebut jika terjadi bencana. Mitigasi struktural adalah bentuk-bentuk struktur fisik yang ditujukan untuk mengurangi atau mencegah dampak dari suatu peristiwa bahaya (hazard), termasuk di dalamnya tindakan rekayasa desain struktur bangunan tanggap bencana dan bersifat melindungi penggunanya. Konsep desain penggunaan struktural untuk Rumah Susun tepi sungai di Kota Palu berupa peningkatan Ketahanan terhadap struktur fisik bangunan
