FOCUS AND SCOPE

Ruang: Jurnal Arsitektur draws on contributions from academics and practitioner-researchers in the field of Architecture. The journal acts as a forum for critical studies, innovative architectural practices in the latest technological developments, and creative architectural designs, which address themes that may be specific in nature (e.g., architectural design, architectural theory and history, architectural science and technology, settlement and urban design) or at the convergence of two or more disciplines.
The journal encourages rigorous, substantial, and original research on any topic related to architecture and urban design or the practice of architecture and design research, both within and between disciplines. It encourages interdisciplinary discussion and interaction in a variety of contexts, including how technology can serve as a medium for contemporary architectural design. The spectrum of topics includes Building Design, Material Technology, Architectural Anthropology, Environmental Behaviour, Green Architecture, and Landscape Architecture.
